Waitlist placement
After submitting this form, you will be placed on a waitlist of Online Musaideen. Submission does not guarantee a fixed position for Tahfeez Khidmat. Acceptance is subject to availability and our assessment of your readiness for this role.
Class notification
Mahad personnel will contact you with class start details and schedules. Ensure your contact information is accurate and check your emails and messages regularly.
Probationary assessment (2–5 days)
Upon starting your Khidmat, you will enter a probationary period where you will be evaluated on:
- Student and teacher feedback
- Punctuality and consistency
- Tasmee listening skills and attention
- Professionalism and conduct
- Online stability (network, audio quality, background environment)
- Responsiveness to guidance and corrections
If you do not meet expectations during this period, you may not be offered an ongoing role in Khidmat.
Code of conduct
As an Online Musaid, you must:
- Maintain professionalism and etiquette at all times
- Be kind, patient, and sincere with all students
- Avoid harsh correction or severe strictness—encourage with compassion
- Use appropriate language and conduct during sessions
- Keep your online environment suitable (no distracting backgrounds or loud noise)
- Arrive on time for all scheduled sessions
- Communicate with Mahad staff if you need to take leave or pause your Khidmat
Confidentiality & privacy
Student names, personal details, and session are confidential. You may not share them outside of Mahad personnel without explicit permission. Your own personal information will be handled in accordance with Mahad's privacy policy.
Termination of role
Mahad reserves the right to terminate your Khidmat position at any time if you violate these policies, fail to maintain required standards, or if organizational needs change. You may also request to end your role with one week's notice.
