Mahad al-Zahra Registration

Thank you for enrolling your student at Mahad al-Zahra (Houston) for the 2024-2025 school year.

This portal is only eligible for families applying to Mukhayyam al-Quran Dikrao/Dikrio (full-day program). For all other programs, please register on http://tinyurl.com/Mahad-Registrations2024.

Note: If you have one phone number that serves as your primary, cell, and work number, please just enter it once in the Primary Tel. field on the Parents page.

Applications will NOT be considered unless parents have uploaded the ‘medical consent form,’ under the Medical tab. In addition, all documents listed under the ‘Attachments’ must be attached to the application before submission.
